Machined Parts

Machining is the most common process for producing parts and machined parts are in practically everything around us. The process involves cutting away sections of a block of material such as steel to create the desired component shape. The most common method of cutting is by using CNC (computer numerical control) machines that automatically cut the parts according to the instructions that are entered into the system. Shima has partnered with several partners in Asia to provide high quality, low cost machined parts for a wide range of applications including automative, agricultural, and others.

Shima has worked with Hua Yong Machine Industry for many years throughout their storied history. You can view some of their processes in action here.
